Welcome to Ingrassia and Sons Italian Deli
We are a new Nashville deli and would love for you to visit and enjoy some of the best authentic Italian-American sandwiches, soups and salads in Nashville. We only use the freshest and highest quality ingredients in all our menu offerings along with our daily fresh in-house baked bread. We also offer our customers vegan and vegetarian options as well as gluten-free choices.
Inspired by the classic Italian-American delis of the Northeast, Ingrassia and Sons, aims to be an elevated version of these great institutions. We pride ourselves on our house-baked bread and pastries, classic and signature sandwiches, full espresso service with authentic Italian coffee offerings and a great selection of specialty Italian groceries and imported goods.

Ingrassia & Sons is rooted in tradition and fundamentally Italian-American. Led by John Ingrassia, a music industry veteran and long-time Nashville resident, and Jack Trooper, a seasoned chef who has worked at some of the world’s most celebrated restaurants.

Parking: There are paid lots directly next to and across the street from us, but there’s also plenty of free street parking just outside the deli, as well as on adjacent blocks!

Honestly, one of the best sandwiches I've ever had! I ordered the Sneaky Turkey and it was incredible! The coffee is on-point (Americano), service delightful, store gorgeous, and owner (John) friendly and outgoing. Do yourself a favor and stop by!
I stopped into Ingrassia & Sons for lunch today, and it was such a special experience from the moment I walked in. The owner, John, personally came over to introduce himself and welcome me — and I noticed he did the same for every guest who came through the door. That warmth and hospitality made it feel like a true Italian experience.
I ordered the chef’s special of the day — a rosemary ham sandwich — and it was absolutely incredible. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the balsamic onions? Stop it right now — they were amazing! Every bite was full of flavor and care.
The food was outstanding, the service was kind and attentive, and the whole atmosphere just felt genuine and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back soon!
